The mission of Fâ?¢Eâ?¢Gâ?¢S Health and Human Services System has remained constant for almost three-quarters of a century: To meet the needs of the community through a diverse network of high quality, cost-efficient health and human services that help each person achieve greater independence at work, at home, at school and in the community, and meet the ever-changing needs of business and our society. We achieve this through several programs aimed at giving our clients support, skills and positive feedback in the employment process. One such program is called I-Prep. Pairing up clients with professionals from outside the Agency gives them broad exposure to the interviewing process. Learning how to present oneself effectively at an interview is as important a skill as any other used in the workplace. We would like volunteers to participate in a mock interview with our clientsand provide feedbackon their strengths and weaknesses.
