Fred Finch Youth Center’s mission is to provide a continuum of high-quality programs for the care and treatment of children, youth, and families, whose changing needs can best be met by a variety of mental-health and social services. The goal is for clients to be professionally served in the least-restrictive environment appropriate to their needs, so that they may function at their highest potential. Flexible, community-based, and strength-based services form the core of all FFYC programs. All training, supervision, consultation, and clinical interventions are based on a multicultural and multi-systemic understanding of client context, difficulties, barriers, and strengths.
